Pawer Water Returns Policy

At Pawer Water, we strive to ensure that you and your pets are satisfied with our products. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

• You may return any item to us within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is unopened and in a resellable condition.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products, even if your pet does not like Pawer Water.
• If you received the wrong product or if there was an error with your order on our part, we are happy to provide you with a FREE returns label within the UK.
